COMPANY HISTORY
Hull’s Electric Service, Inc was founded in 1946 by Stanley “Bozy” Hull. Bozy made it his life’s mission to serve the people of Gettysburg and the surrounding areas with excellent electrical work alongside quick and friendly service.
In the 1980’s Bozy’s son Peter took over the business and established the office that still sits at the corner of Sachs Rd. and Taneytown Rd. Peter, with an eye for growth, took the business from just a few guys on payroll to close to thirty at one time. Hull’s diversified more fully into electrical commercial and industrial contract and construction work and grew the foundation of what the business is now.
In 2015 Peter decided it was time to retire and the company was bought by three employees that have almost 100 years of combined experience in all aspects of electrical work and construction. In 2017, the three new owners made the leap to a larger office space where Hull’s Electric is currently located on Fairfield Rd. in Gettysburg. In 2021, we celebrated the 75th Anniversary in business and are looking forward to many more.
